A Collision Facility Built Around Heavy-Duty Work
Aguirrie Paint & Body has been performing commercial collision repair in Buda, TX since 1978. As a second-generation family business, we have spent 46 years working on the kinds of vehicles fleet operators actually run, including 18-wheelers, vocational trucks, box trucks, sprinter and transit vans, and the multi-passenger units that keep communities moving.
Our facility has 28 oversized bays, an 82-foot downdraft bake oven spray booth (one of the largest in Central Texas), and Bee Line brand frame and alignment equipment built for the weight and torque of commercial vehicles. When a unit comes in, we will look at it, tell you what we found, and walk you through what the repair involves. Fleet managers, owner-operators, and anyone responsible for keeping commercial vehicles on the road are welcome to ask questions and understand the work before any of it begins.

Refinishing
After the structural work is done, the panels that were repaired need to be refinished. For a fleet operator, this matters for appearance, since your trucks represent the business, and for the durability of the finish on the repaired area.
The refinishing happens inside our 82-foot downdraft bake oven spray booth, one of the largest in Central Texas. The booth provides the clearance and the controlled, high-heat environment needed for proper section refinishing on long box trucks, vocational units, and other large-scale vehicles. All section refinishing is performed using the Sherwin Williams system for precision color matching and a durable finish to pre-accident condition. We refinish only the areas affected by the collision.
Working With Your Insurance
Most fleet operators have dealt with adjusters before. A visual estimate often misses the structural damage on a commercial unit, and the supplemental requests that follow can extend the repair timeline.
We tear the unit down before we estimate, document everything we find with photos, and send the carrier a complete picture of the damage from the start. We call this our blue print process. The point is to give the carrier the actual scope of the repair on day one, including the energy transfer through the chassis and the “unseen” damage that a visual walkthrough does not catch. That documentation supports the carrier’s coverage of a complete repair to pre-accident condition.
For fleet managers, that translates to a clearer picture of what the repair involves from the beginning, and fewer surprises as the work moves forward.
The People Doing the Work
Aguirrie Paint & Body is a family business. Anthony built this facility in 1978, and his son runs it now as a second-generation operation. That continuity is also reflected in the people who work here.
Many of our highly trained technicians have over 30 years of individual experience in collision repair, and they have been with us for years. They have worked on commercial trucks, RVs, fire apparatus, and specialty units across several decades of changes in how vehicles are built and what they are made of. They are cherished members of this business, and the depth of their experience is part of what allows us to take on the heavier collision work that comes through our doors.
We treat our fleet customers the same way. A lot of the commercial accounts we work with have been with us for years, and we put the same care into a repeat fleet partner’s tenth repair as we do their first. If you are a fleet manager who wants to understand the work, sit down and talk through the scope, or walk the bay while your unit is being assessed, we welcome that.

Serving Buda, Austin, and the Central Texas Corridor
Our facility is located at 17200 S. IH 35, Buda, TX 78610, directly on the corridor between Austin and San Antonio. We regularly work with fleet operators and owner-operators from across Central Texas, including Austin, Round Rock, Pflugerville, Kyle, San Marcos, New Braunfels, and the full I-35 corridor from Waco to San Antonio.
Commercial customers come to us for collision repair on 18-wheelers, box trucks, sprinter and transit vans, vocational trucks, and the specialty units we hold Spartan certification for. The 82-foot booth, Bee Line frame systems, on-site fabrication, and 28 oversized bays give us the setup to perform the repair on site, in a controlled environment, and to pre-accident condition.
A Legacy of Safety and Responsibility
Since 1993, Aguirrie Paint & Body has voluntarily participated in the OSHA Consultants program. This program brings an OSHA consultant on-site to evaluate workplace and environmental practices throughout our facility, including electrical safety, equipment upkeep, the handling of hazardous materials, and the conditions our technicians work in. A facility that is well-kept and well-equipped is one that produces consistent, high-quality collision repair, and our participation in this program is one of the ways we hold ourselves to that standard. We have been awarded the highest rankings for our commitment to safety and health standards.
Beyond our staff’s safety, we prioritize the environment. Every hazardous material used in our refinishing process is recycled to keep our facility’s impact on the Central Texas environment as small as possible.

Stop By or Give Us a Call
If you have a unit down or a fleet that needs a regular collision partner, we are happy to talk. Walk in, call ahead, or schedule an assessment online. We will look at the vehicle, explain what we are seeing, and give you a straight answer on the work. For 46 years, our family has operated on the principle that an educated customer is a confident one, and that applies to fleet managers and owner-operators just as much as it does to anyone else who walks through our doors.
