Get in Touch

There is no wrong way to start a conversation with us. Call the collision facility, fill out the form below, or stop by in person. We will take the time to look at your vehicle, walk through the scope of the collision repair, and give you a straight answer on what the work will involve.

For over 46 years, our family has operated on the principle that an educated customer is a confident one. That means we will answer questions before any work is committed to, and we will explain things in plain language. You will not be rushed.

TO OUR CUSTOMERS

Reasons People Reach Out

The form below covers most of what brings customers to us. If your reason is not on the list, send a note anyway.

If you have a vehicle that has been in a collision and you want to talk through the scope of the repair before bringing it in, this is the most common reason people contact us. We will review the damage with you, explain how our blue print process documents the full scope before it goes to your insurance carrier, and answer whatever you want to know about what the repair involves.

For operators driving in from farther out, a phone call or message before the trip is the practical first step.

If you have a technical question about your vehicle, the collision repair process, or what a specific kind of damage is likely to require, ask to speak with one of our technicians. The highly trained technicians at our facility have been here for years, and many members of our staff have over 30 years of individual experience in collision repair. They are cherished members of this business, and they are glad to talk through what you are seeing on your vehicle.

If your question does not fit either category above, we still want to hear it. Whether you are a long-time customer, a fleet manager evaluating us for the first time, or someone with feedback about a repair we performed, send us a message.

What to Have Ready When You Call

None of this is required, and you are welcome to call with nothing but a description of what happened. But having a few things on hand lets us give you a more useful answer on the first call instead of the second.

  • The year, make, and chassis of the unit. On an older commercial vehicle or motorhome, the chassis matters as much as the body, particularly if it is built on a Spartan foundation.

  • A description of what happened. What the vehicle hit, or what hit it, and from which direction. Impact damage on a heavy-duty unit is rarely contained to the panel that took the hit, because the force transfers through the chassis, so the direction of the impact tells us where to look.

  • Photographs of all sides, not only the damage. The undamaged sides give our technicians a reference point.

  • Your insurance carrier and claim number, if a claim is already open. If it is not open yet, that is fine, and we can talk through how the blue print process documents the scope before an adjuster writes an estimate.

  • Whether the unit is drivable. That determines whether you are driving it in or arranging transport, and it changes what we schedule.

What Happens After You Reach Out

Whether you call, use the form, or stop by, we treat the first contact as the start of the conversation. You will speak with someone who can answer your questions, and you will get the time you need to make a decision.

For collision repair customers, the steps from there usually run in this order:

  • A conversation about what happened and what damage you are seeing on the vehicle.

  • A scheduled time to bring the vehicle in for our blue print process, a systematic technical teardown and inspection that documents every point of damage, seen and unseen, before any repair begins.

  • Direct work with your insurance carrier, providing your carrier with the documentation needed to cover a complete repair to pre-accident condition.

  • The collision repair itself, performed by our highly trained technicians using Bee Line brand frame and alignment equipment and the Sherwin Williams refinishing system. If the unit needs a part that is no longer produced, we fabricate it on site.

  • A technical inspection of the repaired areas to verify the work meets the vehicle’s original manufacturer specifications, so the vehicle returns to you at pre-accident condition.

For fleet managers, municipalities, and specialty fleet operators with ongoing collision repair needs, a first contact often turns into a longer working relationship. Over 46 years we have built our reputation on the trust of repeat customers and multi-generational families.

Aguirrie is great. Dropped my Ford F 550 off to get some major damage fixed and had the truck back in 4 business days. Very impressed and will be using them again for my other vehicles that get body damage.

Did not get paint or body work done here. My friend and I had a flat tire and Phillip was so kind and called a tire shop out to come and help us and made the whole process so much less stressful. Phillips a real one and if we ever get a truck and need paint and body work we know where to go
