About Our Collision Facility
Aguirrie Paint & Body was established in 1978, and we have been performing collision repair on commercial, RV, and specialty vehicles for over 46 years. The business is family-owned. Anthony built the company from the ground up, and his son has stepped in to continue that legacy, serving our next generation of customers.
We are located at 17200 S. IH 35, Buda, TX 78610. The facility sits directly on the I-35 corridor, which puts us within practical reach of Austin, San Antonio, Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, and the wider state of Texas. Operators from across Central Texas and beyond regularly bring collision repair work to our facility.
Our collision facility is built for the specific structural requirements of oversized commercial, recreational, and specialty units:
- Commercial and work trucks, including vocational trucks, 18-wheelers, delivery fleets, and box trucks
- Medium-duty and multi-passenger units, including Sprinter Vans, Transit Vans, church buses, shuttle vans, and retirement community transports
- RVs and motorhomes, including Class A through Class C Motorhomes, 5th Wheel RVs, and Bumper Pull trailers
- Specialty and emergency vehicles, including fire trucks, ambulances, and school buses
- Vehicles built on a Spartan foundation, including fire apparatus, motorhomes, and box trucks, for which we hold Spartan Certified Warranty Repair status
Yes. We operate an 82-foot downdraft bake oven spray booth, one of the largest in Central Texas, which provides the clearance for a 45-foot motorhome or a large trailer. The booth takes a Class A motorhome at full length for section refinishing, in the controlled, high-heat environment that a quality finish requires. Our 28 oversized bays also allow us to work on multiple large vehicles at once.
About the Work
Every collision repair begins with our “blue print” process, a systematic technical teardown and inspection of the vehicle’s frame and internal components that goes beyond an exterior walkthrough. Our highly trained technicians document every point of damage with photographs and provide the complete findings to your insurance carrier before the repair begins.
What follows depends on what the inspection finds. Structural frame correction is performed using Bee Line brand frame and alignment equipment. Body repair happens in our facility, and section refinishing is completed in our 82-foot booth using the Sherwin Williams system for precision color matching and a durable finish. We refinish only the areas affected by the collision. After the repair is complete, we perform a technical inspection of the repaired areas to verify the work meets the vehicle’s original manufacturer specifications, so the unit returns to you at pre-accident condition.
A standard visual estimate is often an incomplete picture of collision damage. A collision transfers energy through the chassis, and the damage that matters most is frequently the damage that is not visible on the surface.
Our blue print process is a systematic technical teardown that identifies how the impact transferred through the vehicle’s frame and internal components. We document every point of damage, seen and unseen, with photographs. Those findings go to your carrier before any repair work begins, which provides your carrier with the documentation needed to cover a complete repair to pre-accident condition rather than only what an adjuster could see on a walkthrough.
Yes. We view our role as an educator and an advocate. Dealing with adjusters can be an ordeal, particularly on a heavy-duty unit where the structural damage is harder to see. We work directly with carriers on the collision-specific damage and document the complete scope from day one.
If you would rather hand us the keys and trust us to handle the repair from start to finish, we can do that. If you want to understand every step, we will sit down and walk through it with you. The choice is yours.
We utilize professional-grade equipment that is custom-designed for heavy-duty frames. The Bee Line brand frame and alignment equipment is designed for the weight and torque of larger vehicles, which is what heavy-duty frame correction takes. The 82-foot downdraft bake oven spray booth provides the length, clearance, and controlled high-heat environment for section refinishing on the largest units we work on, using the Sherwin Williams system. We also fabricate parts on site, which is covered in the question below.
In specific circumstances, yes. After a heavier collision that may have affected the frame or alignment, we perform computerized laser alignments and front and rear axle corrections for heavy-duty, medium-duty, and multi-passenger vehicles. Alignment is also offered when there are clear signs the vehicle is no longer tracking correctly, such as tires wearing tread quickly or unevenly, and upon customer request. It is not something we add to every job by default.
Often, yes. Our facility has the on-site capability to fabricate discontinued parts for older equipment and specialized vehicles that are no longer supported by manufacturers. That includes custom U-bolts and other suspension hardware, measured against the unit itself and sized to it as part of returning the vehicle to pre-accident condition.
Yes. We offer RV winterization along with structural checks to identify suspension and alignment issues, and tire checks. These are available to RV and motorhome owners who want a closer look at the condition of the unit before the season changes or before a longer trip.
About Our Technicians
Your collision repair is only as good as the person performing it. The work at our facility is performed by highly trained technicians who have been with this business for years, and many members of our staff have over 30 years of individual experience in collision repair. They have worked on commercial fleets, motorhomes, fire apparatus, and specialty units across four decades of changes in how vehicles are built and what they are made of. They are cherished members of this business.
Yes. We are a Spartan Certified Warranty Repair Facility, and we meet the rigorous manufacturer requirements to maintain that status. The certification covers chassis and collision work specifically, which means your warranty stays intact when the collision repair is performed at our facility. It applies to fire apparatus, motorhomes, and other specialty builds on Spartan chassis.
Since 1993, Aguirrie Paint & Body has voluntarily participated in the OSHA Consultants program. The program brings an OSHA consultant on-site to evaluate workplace and environmental practices throughout our facility, including electrical safety, equipment upkeep, the handling of hazardous materials, and the conditions our technicians work in. A facility that is well-kept and well-equipped is one that produces consistent, high-quality collision repair, and our participation is one of the ways we hold ourselves to that standard. We have been awarded the highest rankings for our commitment to safety and health standards.
We also recycle every hazardous material used in our refinishing process, to keep our facility’s impact on the Central Texas environment as small as possible.
About Visiting Us
Either works. You are welcome to walk in and ask questions, and we will take the time to look at your vehicle and explain what we are seeing. If you would rather schedule a time, call ahead or use our website. For operators driving in from farther out, a phone call before the trip is usually the most practical first step.
Before your scheduled drop-off, we suggest removing all valuables, clearing items off countertops and shelves, emptying trash and perishables, and covering couches, beds, and leather chairs with a cloth. Pets and plants will need to come with you. There is a fuller checklist on our RV page, and your RV specialist can go over anything specific to your unit.
Call us, stop by in person, or schedule a professional collision assessment through our website. We will look at the vehicle, walk you through the scope of the collision repair, and give you a straight answer on what it will take to bring the unit back to pre-accident condition. We are happy to do all of that before you commit to anything.

Still Have Questions?
If your question is not answered here, we would be glad to talk it through. Call us or stop by the facility. For over 46 years, our family has operated on the principle that an educated customer is a confident one, and the standing answer to almost everything is that anyone is welcome to come in, sit down, and ask.

Aguirrie is great. Dropped my Ford F 550 off to get some major damage fixed and had the truck back in 4 business days. Very impressed and will be using them again for my other vehicles that get body damage.Posted on Google![]()

Did not get paint or body work done here. My friend and I had a flat tire and Phillip was so kind and called a tire shop out to come and help us and made the whole process so much less stressful. Phillips a real one and if we ever get a truck and need paint and body work we know where to goPosted on Google![]()
