The Structural Damage You Cannot See From the Outside
A collision does not stop at the panel that took the hit. The force of an impact travels through the chassis, and on a heavy-duty vehicle the damage that matters most is often the damage you cannot see from the outside. A bent frame will not announce itself in the parking lot, and a compromised suspension component can keep carrying a load right up until it doesn’t.
Aguirrie Paint & Body has been correcting heavy-duty frame and suspension damage in Buda, TX since 1978. Our facility sits on the I-35 corridor between Austin and San Antonio, and it is set up for the size and weight of oversized vehicles: 28 oversized bays, Bee Line brand frame and alignment equipment, and on-site fabrication for parts that are no longer in the supply chain.
Every frame and suspension repair performed here is completed to pre-accident condition and verified before the vehicle leaves the facility.
Frame and Suspension Services
Bee Line Frame and Alignment Equipment
We use Bee Line brand frame and alignment equipment. The Bee Line system was specifically chosen for our facility because it is built for the weight, length, and torque of heavy-duty commercial frames, Class A motorhomes, and fire apparatus.
The system measures frame geometry against the manufacturer’s specifications. Our highly trained technicians use it to identify the exact points of compromise, bring the frame back within factory tolerances, and verify the correction before the vehicle moves to the next stage of the repair. Those measurements are documented as part of the repair file.
Working With Your Insurance Carrier: The Blue Print Process
Frame and suspension damage is where collision claims tend to get complicated. A standard visual estimate is often an incomplete picture of the damage, and an adjuster who walks around a commercial truck or motorhome and writes up what is visible will miss what the chassis took on impact.
We utilize a “blue print” process for every collision repair. This is a systematic technical teardown and inspection of the vehicle’s frame and internal components that goes beyond an exterior walkthrough. Our highly trained technicians identify energy transfer through the chassis, document every point of damage with photographs, and provide the complete findings to the insurance carrier before the repair begins.
The process provides your carrier with the documentation needed to cover a complete repair to pre-accident condition. For fleet managers, RV owners, and specialty vehicle operators, that means a clearer picture of the scope from day one and a frame and suspension repair that is documented in full before any work starts.
The Vehicles We Work On
Our frame and suspension setup is built for oversized and large-scale vehicles. The vehicle scope at our facility includes:
A Family-Owned Collision Facility Since 1978
Aguirrie Paint & Body has been a family-owned collision facility for over 46 years. Anthony founded the business in 1978, and his son runs it now as a second-generation operation. The values it was built on, honest labor, straight answers, and quality work that holds up, have not changed.
If you have a commercial vehicle, RV, or specialty unit with frame or suspension damage and you want to sit down, ask questions, and understand exactly what the repair will involve, you are welcome to walk in. If you would rather hand us the keys and trust us to handle the repair, we can do that too.
Serving Buda, Austin, and the Central Texas Corridor
Our facility is located at 17200 S. IH 35, Buda, TX 78610. We regularly perform frame and suspension repair for commercial fleet operators, RV owners, and specialty vehicle operators from across Central Texas, including Austin, Kyle, Round Rock, San Marcos, New Braunfels, and the full I-35 corridor from Waco to San Antonio.
Bee Line frame systems, 28 oversized bays, on-site fabrication, and our Spartan certification give us the setup to perform commercial frame repair and commercial suspension repair on site, in a controlled environment, and to pre-accident condition.

The Technicians Doing the Work
The frame and suspension work at Aguirrie Paint & Body is performed by highly trained technicians who have been with this facility for years. Many members of our staff have over 30 years of individual experience in collision repair. They have worked on commercial trucks, motorhomes, fire apparatus, and specialty units through several decades of changes in vehicle construction and materials. They are cherished members of this business, and the depth of their experience is part of what allows us to take on the heavier structural work that comes through our doors.
A Legacy of Safety and Responsibility
Since 1993, Aguirrie Paint & Body has voluntarily participated in the OSHA Consultants program. This program brings an OSHA consultant on-site to evaluate workplace and environmental practices throughout our facility, including electrical safety, equipment upkeep, the handling of hazardous materials, and the conditions our technicians work in. A facility that is well-kept and well-equipped is one that produces consistent, high-quality collision repair, and our participation in this program is one of the ways we hold ourselves to that standard. We have been awarded the highest rankings for our commitment to safety and health standards.
Beyond our staff’s safety, we prioritize the environment. Every hazardous material used in our refinishing process is recycled to keep our facility’s impact on the Central Texas environment as small as possible.
