Built for Class A Motorhomes, 5th Wheels, and Bumper Pull Trailers
Aguirrie Paint & Body has operated in Buda, TX since 1978. Our facility was set up for the structural requirements of oversized vehicles, and our setup reflects that. We have 28 oversized bays, an 82-foot downdraft bake oven spray booth (one of the largest in Central Texas), and Bee Line brand frame and alignment equipment built for the weight and torque of heavy-duty recreational and commercial units.
Our customers drive from Class A to Class C motorhomes, 5th Wheel RVs, bumper pull trailers, and large commercial vehicles. The 82-foot booth provides the controlled, high-heat environment needed for proper section refinishing on these larger units, and the 28 oversized bays give us room to work on multiple vehicles at once.
RV and Motor Home Collision Repair Services
Serving Buda, Austin, and the Central Texas Corridor
Our facility is located at 17200 S. IH 35, Buda, TX 78610. We regularly work with RV owners and motorhome operators from across Central Texas, including Austin, Kyle, Round Rock, and the full I-35 corridor from Waco to San Antonio.
Customers come to us for collision repair on Class A motorhomes, 5th Wheel RVs, bumper pull trailers, and other oversized recreational vehicles. Our 82-foot spray booth, Bee Line frame systems, and 28 oversized bays give us the setup to perform the repair on site, in a controlled environment, and to pre-accident condition.
The Blue Print Process: How We Work With Your Insurance
A standard visual estimate is often an incomplete picture of collision damage. When a motorhome or RV takes an impact, the force can transfer through the chassis and create damage that is not visible from the outside. An adjuster who only walks around the vehicle will miss it.
We use a blue print process for every collision repair. This is a systematic technical teardown and inspection of the vehicle’s frame and internal components. We document every point of damage we find, seen and unseen, before the repair begins. We identify energy transfer through the chassis, photograph it, and provide that documentation to the insurance carrier. The point of the process is to give the adjuster a complete picture of what it will take to bring the vehicle back to pre-accident condition, rather than only what was visible on day one.
We work with the insurance carrier on your behalf, explain the findings, provide the documentation, and advocate for a complete and correct repair.
For Our RV and Motor Home Community
For a lot of our customers, an RV or motorhome is not just a vehicle, but your home. Some of our customers live in theirs full time. Others have spent years saving for their rig and planning the trips they want to take.
When something happens, you want a collision facility that has worked on vehicles like yours before.
Aguirrie Paint & Body has been a family-owned facility since 1978. As a second-generation business, we have built our reputation on giving customers straight answers about what is wrong with their vehicle and what it takes to repair it to pre-accident condition. If you want to sit down, ask questions, and walk through the work in detail, we will take the time. If you would rather hand us the keys and trust us to handle the repair, we can do that too.

Our Highly Trained Technicians
The technicians at Aguirrie Paint & Body have been with us for years. Many members of our staff have over 30 years of individual experience in collision repair. They have worked on motorhomes, commercial trucks, emergency vehicles, and specialty units across four decades of changes in vehicle construction and materials. They are trained and certified to meet Spartan’s manufacturer requirements, and they maintain ongoing training to stay current on modern repair techniques.
A Legacy of Safety and Responsibility
Since 1993, Aguirrie Paint & Body has voluntarily participated in the OSHA Consultants program. This program brings an OSHA consultant on-site to evaluate workplace and environmental practices throughout our facility, including electrical safety, equipment upkeep, the handling of hazardous materials, and the conditions our technicians work in. A facility that is well-kept and well-equipped is one that produces consistent, high-quality collision repair, and our participation in this program is one of the ways we hold ourselves to that standard. We have been awarded the highest rankings for our commitment to safety and health standards.
Beyond our staff’s safety, we prioritize the environment. Every hazardous material used in our refinishing process is recycled to keep our facility’s impact on the Central Texas environment as small as possible.
