Our Service Area

One Central Texas Facility, Serving Operators Across the State

Aguirrie Paint & Body operates from one location: 17200 S. IH 35, Buda, TX 78610, directly on the I-35 corridor between Austin and San Antonio. That single Central Texas address is where every repair happens, and it is why our service area reaches well past the Buda city limits.

The facility was set up for oversized and specialty vehicles from the beginning. We have 28 oversized bays, an 82-foot downdraft bake oven spray booth (one of the largest in Central Texas), Bee Line brand frame and alignment equipment built for the weight and torque of heavy-duty frames, and on-site custom component fabrication. We are a Spartan Certified Warranty Repair Facility, and all section refinishing is performed using the Sherwin Williams system. Commercial fleet operators, RV owners, and specialty vehicle operators from across Texas bring post-collision work to that setup.

SERVICE SCOPE

The Vehicles We Repair, Wherever They Operate

Our scope covers oversized and specialty vehicles in need of collision repair:

Vocational trucks, 18-wheelers, delivery fleets, and box trucks operating anywhere in Texas.

Sprinter Vans, Transit Vans, church buses, shuttle vans, and retirement community transports serving communities across the state.

Class A through Class C Motorhomes, 5th Wheel RVs, and Bumper Pull trailers, for full-time residents and weekend travelers based anywhere in Texas.

Fire trucks, ambulances, school buses, and specialty builds serving municipalities, fire departments, EMS operators, and school districts.

Any unit built on a Spartan chassis, including fire apparatus, motorhomes, and box trucks, covered by our Spartan Certified Warranty Repair status.

What Is Set Up at Our Facility

The service area follows the capability. Here is what is on site in Buda:

  • 28 oversized bays. Multiple large units can be staged and worked on at the same time, which matters for a fleet operator with more than one vehicle in for collision repair.

  • An 82-foot downdraft bake oven spray booth. One of the largest in Central Texas. It provides the length, clearance, and controlled high-heat environment for section refinishing on Class A motorhomes, long box trucks, and large vocational units.

  • Bee Line brand frame and alignment equipment. Built for the weight and torque of heavy-duty chassis, which is what heavy-duty frame correction calls for.

  • On-site custom component fabrication. Discontinued suspension hardware and structural parts for older equipment and specialized vehicles that are no longer supported by manufacturers are fabricated here.

  • Spartan Certified Warranty Repair Facility. The certification covers chassis and collision work on any vehicle built on a Spartan foundation, including fire apparatus, motorhomes, and box trucks.

Bringing a Unit In From Outside Central Texas

If you are coming from Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, the Gulf Coast, or a smaller market across the state, a phone call before the trip is the practical first step. A few things are worth sorting out in advance:

  • Tell us what happened and what the unit is. Year, make, chassis, and a description of the damage lets us know what the repair is likely to involve before the unit is on the road.
  • Send photographs if you have them. Photographs of the damage give our technicians something concrete to look at ahead of time.
  • Confirm your drop-off date. Scheduling the arrival means the unit goes into the assessment process when it gets here.
  • For RV and motorhome owners: review the drop-off checklist on our RV page before you leave, particularly if you have been living in the unit.

When the unit arrives, we look at it, tell you what we found, and walk you through what the repair involves. Anyone who wants to sit down and go through it in detail is welcome to.

The Insurance Side of a Repair Away From Home

A standard visual estimate is often an incomplete picture of collision damage, and on a heavy-duty chassis the force from an impact travels well past the panel that took the hit. For an operator who brought the unit in from another part of the state, having the full scope documented at the start of the claim matters more, not less.

We use a blue print process for every collision repair. This is a systematic technical teardown and inspection of the vehicle’s frame and internal components that goes beyond an exterior walkthrough. Our highly trained technicians identify how the impact transferred through the chassis, document every point of damage with photographs, and provide your carrier with the documentation needed to cover a complete repair to pre-accident condition.

EXPERIENCED

A Central Texas Facility Since 1978

Aguirrie Paint & Body has operated in Central Texas since 1978. Anthony founded the facility, and his son runs it now as a second-generation, family-owned operation. Over 46 years, the work has stayed the same: collision repair on oversized and specialty vehicles, performed by highly trained technicians, many of whom have over 30 years of individual experience in collision repair. They are cherished members of this business.

Our Central Texas location places that work within reach of every major metropolitan region in the state, and the service area on this page is the practical result of 46 years of operators finding their way to one facility on I-35.

SAFETY & ENVIRONMENT

A Legacy of Safety and Responsibility

Since 1993, Aguirrie Paint & Body has voluntarily participated in the OSHA Consultants program. This program brings an OSHA consultant on-site to evaluate workplace and environmental practices throughout our facility, including electrical safety, equipment upkeep, the handling of hazardous materials, and the conditions our technicians work in. A facility that is well-kept and well-equipped is one that produces consistent, high-quality collision repair, and our participation in this program is one of the ways we hold ourselves to that standard. We have been awarded the highest rankings for our commitment to safety and health standards.

Beyond our staff’s safety, we prioritize the environment. Every hazardous material used in our refinishing process is recycled to keep our facility’s impact on the Central Texas environment as small as possible.

Aguirrie is great. Dropped my Ford F 550 off to get some major damage fixed and had the truck back in 4 business days. Very impressed and will be using them again for my other vehicles that get body damage.

Did not get paint or body work done here. My friend and I had a flat tire and Phillip was so kind and called a tire shop out to come and help us and made the whole process so much less stressful. Phillips a real one and if we ever get a truck and need paint and body work we know where to go
