A Short Drive South of Austin on I-35
Our facility sits at 17200 S. IH 35, Buda, TX 78610, on the I-35 corridor directly south of Austin. From downtown, the north and east sides, Pflugerville, Round Rock, Cedar Park, or Leander, the drive is short enough that delivering an oversized unit here is practical.
Operators from across the metro make up a large share of the customers we work with. Commercial fleet vehicles, RVs, and specialty units come in from all over the area, and many of those relationships go back decades. Aguirrie Paint & Body has been in Central Texas since 1978, and the setup in Buda was built for oversized commercial vehicles, motorhomes, and specialty builds from the start.
Built for the Austin Commercial Fleet Market
Austin runs on its commercial vehicles. Delivery fleets, vocational trucks working construction sites across the metro, service operators running medium-duty units, and the box trucks moving freight up and down I-35 all take collision damage as part of operating.
Our facility is set up for the oversized end of that market. The 28 oversized bays let multiple units be staged and worked on at the same time, which matters when a delivery operation has more than one truck in for collision repair. The 82-foot downdraft bake oven spray booth takes long box trucks and vocational units at full length for section refinishing. The Bee Line brand frame and alignment equipment is built for the weight and torque of heavy-duty chassis, which is what heavy-duty frame correction takes to bring a unit back to pre-accident condition.

Austin RV Owners and Motorhome Operators
The Austin area has a strong RV community. Full-time residents, weekend travelers, retirees touring the country in Class A motorhomes, and families running 5th wheels and bumper pull trailers all live in and around the metro.
Collision repair on motorhomes, 5th Wheel RVs, and bumper pull trailers is core work at our facility. Our 82-foot downdraft bake oven spray booth provides the length and clearance for Class A motorhomes to be section refinished in one piece, and all section refinishing is performed using the Sherwin Williams system for precision color matching and a durable finish to pre-accident condition. We refinish only the areas affected by the collision. As a Spartan Certified Warranty Repair Facility, we are authorized to perform chassis and collision warranty work on any vehicle built on a Spartan foundation, including the Class A motorhomes common in the Austin RV community.
For full-timers and weekend travelers, the family-owned setup matters. The owners are present. A motorhome or 5th wheel gets the same care as a commercial fleet unit, because for a customer who lives in their RV, the unit is their home. Our facility performs collision repair on fire trucks, ambulances, school buses, and specialty builds serving area agencies and municipalities. As a Spartan Certified Warranty Repair Facility, we handle warranty repair on fire apparatus and other vehicles built on Spartan foundations. The work is performed by highly trained technicians and documented in full. After the collision repair is complete, we perform a technical inspection of the repaired areas to verify the work meets the vehicle’s original manufacturer specifications before the unit returns to service.

Anthony founded Aguirrie Paint & Body in 1978, and his son runs it now as a second-generation, family-owned operation. We use a blue print process for every collision repair. This is a systematic technical teardown and inspection of the vehicle’s frame and internal components that goes beyond an exterior walkthrough. Our highly trained technicians identify how the impact transferred through the chassis, document every point of damage with photographs, and provide your carrier with the documentation needed to cover a complete repair to pre-accident condition.
