The Vehicles We Perform Collision Repair On for DFW Operators
The Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex has a large commercial vehicle market. Fleet operators, RV owners, and specialty vehicle operators across Dallas, Fort Worth, Arlington, Plano, Frisco, Irving, and the surrounding metro all run units that take collision damage as part of operating.
Our Central Texas collision facility has been set up for that work since 1978, with 28 oversized bays and an 82-foot downdraft bake oven spray booth that is one of the largest in Central Texas. The sections below cover what the setup handles, class by class.

Commercial and Work Truck Collision Repair
The Metroplex is a freight, distribution, and construction hub. Vocational trucks working the construction corridors. 18-wheelers running freight in and out of the distribution centers. Delivery fleets supporting retail and logistics operations. Service operators running heavy-duty units for utility, energy, and public works projects across the region.
We provide heavy-duty frame and body repair for those working vehicles. Impact damage on a vocational truck or an 18-wheeler is rarely contained to the panel that took the hit, because the force transfers through the chassis. Frame correction is performed using Bee Line brand frame and alignment equipment, custom designed for the size and weight of the units we work on. When the frame is corrected, the chassis is back to manufacturer specifications and the unit is returned to pre-accident condition.
Box trucks and trailers fall into the same category. Dock contact, traffic incidents, and on-route impacts produce damage to cargo bodies, frames, and structural trailer components at once. We provide complete collision repair for cargo bodies and trailers, addressing the impact damage that takes a delivery asset out of service.

The Technicians and the Family Behind the Facility
Many members of our staff have over 30 years of individual experience in collision repair. They are highly trained, and they are cherished members of this business. They have worked on commercial fleets, motorhomes, fire apparatus, and specialty units across four decades of changes in how vehicles are built and what they are made of. That experience is what makes the work consistent across that range.
Aguirrie Paint & Body has been family-owned since 1978. Anthony founded the facility, and his son runs it now as a second-generation operation. The owners are present, and the technicians who worked on the last repair are working on the next one. For a DFW operator weighing the drive, that continuity is the practical part: the facility, the family, and the capability are the same ones that will be here for the next unit.
Medium-Duty and Multi-Passenger Units
The region runs a large population of medium-duty units. Sprinter Vans and Transit Vans work for service businesses, delivery operations, and shuttle services. Church buses serve congregations across the metro. Shuttle vans run between corporate campuses, hotels, and the DFW airports, and retirement community transports carry residents daily.
These vehicles carry passengers, and collision work on a multi-passenger unit is a safety question before it is anything else. The structural integrity of the passenger cell depends on the frame being at the correct geometry, and the body around the seating area has to come back to manufacturer specifications. We perform collision repair on Sprinter Vans, Transit Vans, church buses, shuttle vans, and retirement community transports, and the structural work is brought back to pre-accident condition before the unit returns to service.
RVs and Motorhomes
The area has a strong RV community. Full-time residents who treat their motorhomes as their homes. Weekend travelers running 5th wheel RVs out to the lake regions. Retirees touring the country in Class A motorhomes they bring home between trips. Owners of bumper pull trailers, custom builds, and older units the manufacturer no longer supports.
A 45-foot motorhome takes clearance. Our 82-foot downdraft bake oven spray booth, one of the largest in Central Texas, provides the length and clearance for a Class A motorhome to be section refinished in one piece, in a controlled, high-heat environment. All section refinishing is performed using the Sherwin Williams system for precision color matching and a durable finish to pre-accident condition. We refinish only the areas affected by the collision.
We perform collision repair on Class A through Class C Motorhomes, 5th Wheel RVs, and Bumper Pull trailers. As a Spartan Certified Warranty Repair Facility, we are authorized to perform chassis and collision warranty work on any motorhome built on a Spartan foundation. The certification covers chassis and collision specifically, not general RV service, and it means the warranty on a Spartan-foundation motorhome stays intact when the repair is performed here.
For a DFW-based RV owner, the booth fits the unit and the technicians have been doing this work for decades. If you want to walk through the repair in detail before anything begins, we will take the time.
Specialty and Emergency Vehicles
Fire departments, EMS operators, school districts, and municipal fleet managers across the region all deal with collision damage on specialty vehicles. Fire trucks. Ambulances. School buses. Specialty builds carrying mounted equipment that has to work when the repair is done.
These units carry heavier chassis, the body integrates equipment that has to function under emergency conditions, and the repair documentation has to meet the standard the responsible agency or municipality requires.
We perform collision repair on fire trucks, ambulances, and school buses serving Metroplex municipalities and agencies. Our Spartan Certified Warranty Repair status authorizes warranty repair on fire apparatus and other vehicles built on Spartan foundations. After the collision repair is complete, we perform a technical inspection of the repaired areas to verify the work meets the vehicle’s original manufacturer specifications before the unit returns to service.
Older Equipment and Specialty Builds
One category comes up regularly with DFW operators: older equipment running parts that are no longer in production.
A vocational truck with a suspension U-bolt configuration no manufacturer makes anymore. An older motorhome with structural hardware the factory stopped producing. A specialty build with components that were never standardized. When a unit like that takes collision damage, the part it needs has to be made.
Our facility has the on-site capability to fabricate discontinued parts for older equipment and specialized vehicles that are no longer supported by manufacturers. Custom U-bolts and other suspension hardware are produced here, sized to the specific unit being repaired, as part of returning it to pre-accident condition. For DFW operators running aging fleet units, older motorhomes, or specialty builds, that capability is often what brings the unit here.
The Drive from DFW and the Blue Print Process
Buda is a longer haul from the Metroplex than from most of Central Texas, and the documentation on the claim matters more when the operator has driven the unit down.
A standard visual estimate is often an incomplete picture of collision damage. The adjuster writes up the panel damage, and the structural damage surfaces later, once the repair is underway.
We use a blue print process for every collision repair. This is a systematic technical teardown and inspection of the vehicle’s frame and internal components that goes beyond an exterior walkthrough. Our highly trained technicians identify how the impact transferred through the chassis, document every point of damage with photographs, and provide your carrier with the documentation needed to cover a complete repair to pre-accident condition. The scope goes to the carrier before the repair begins rather than after.
Serving the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex from Central Texas
Our facility is located at 17200 S. IH 35, Buda, TX 78610, on the I-35 corridor that runs from the Metroplex down through Central Texas. Operators across Dallas, Fort Worth, and the surrounding metro bring post-collision work here for the setup: 28 oversized bays, an 82-foot downdraft bake oven spray booth, Bee Line brand frame and alignment equipment, on-site custom component fabrication, and Spartan Certified Warranty Repair status.
A Legacy of Safety and Responsibility
Since 1993, Aguirrie Paint & Body has voluntarily participated in the OSHA Consultants program. This program brings an OSHA consultant on-site to evaluate workplace and environmental practices throughout our facility, including electrical safety, equipment upkeep, the handling of hazardous materials, and the conditions our technicians work in. A facility that is well-kept and well-equipped is one that produces consistent, high-quality collision repair, and our participation in this program is one of the ways we hold ourselves to that standard. We have been awarded the highest rankings for our commitment to safety and health standards.
Beyond our staff’s safety, we prioritize the environment. Every hazardous material used in our refinishing process is recycled to keep our facility’s impact on the Central Texas environment as small as possible.
Stop By or Give Us a Call
If you operate a commercial vehicle, RV, or specialty unit in the Dallas-Fort Worth area and you have a unit in need of collision repair, call us before making the drive. Send photographs if you have them, tell us the year, make, and chassis, and describe the damage. We will talk through the scope and give you a straight answer on what the collision repair will involve to bring the unit back to pre-accident condition. For DFW operators, the phone call comes first and the trip comes after the conversation.
