Built for Fleet-Sized Collision Repair Work
A collision on a commercial fleet vehicle is not a single-vehicle problem. The unit has to be repaired to pre-accident condition, the damage has to be documented for the insurance carrier, and the operator has to keep the rest of the fleet moving in the meantime. Fleet operators along the I-35 corridor, from Austin down through Buda and Kyle, bring that work to our facility.
Aguirrie Paint & Body has performed commercial collision repair in Buda, TX since 1978. Our facility was set up for larger vehicles from the beginning. We have 28 oversized bays, an 82-foot downdraft bake oven spray booth (one of the largest in Central Texas), and Bee Line brand frame and alignment equipment built for the weight and torque of commercial frames. We focus on collision repair and refinishing.
When a unit comes in, we look at it, tell you what we found, and walk you through what the repair involves. Fleet managers, owner-operators, and anyone responsible for keeping commercial vehicles in service are welcome to ask questions and understand the work before any of it begins.

Commercial Fleet Vehicle Collision Repair Services
Fleet collision work covers several kinds of repair, and most units that come in need more than one of them.
The Blue Print Process for Fleet Collision Claims
Most fleet managers have dealt with adjusters before. A visual estimate often misses the structural damage on a commercial unit, and the supplemental requests that follow add rounds of documentation after the work has already started.
We use a blue print process for every collision repair. This is a systematic technical teardown and inspection of the vehicle’s frame and internal components that goes beyond an exterior walkthrough. Our highly trained technicians identify how the impact transferred through the chassis, document every point of damage with photographs, and provide the complete findings to the insurance carrier before the repair begins. That documentation supports the carrier’s coverage of a complete repair to pre-accident condition.
For a fleet manager, the blue print process means a clear picture of the repair scope from the beginning and consistent documentation across every unit in the claim, whether that is one truck or several.
What Fleet Operators Get From Our Facility
For a fleet manager deciding where to send collision work, four things matter:
The Technicians Performing the Work
Commercial fleet vehicle collision repair at our facility is performed by highly trained technicians who have been with us for years. Many members of our staff have over 30 years of individual experience in collision repair. They have worked on commercial fleets, vocational trucks, delivery units, medium-duty transports, and specialty vehicles across four decades of changes in how vehicles are built and what they are made of. They are cherished members of this business, and the depth of their experience is part of what allows us to take on heavier collision work.
We treat our fleet customers the same way. Many of the commercial accounts we work with have been with us for years, and the tenth repair gets the same care as the first. If you are a fleet manager who wants to sit down and talk through the scope, or walk the bay while your unit is being assessed, we welcome that.
A Legacy of Safety and Responsibility
Since 1993, Aguirrie Paint & Body has voluntarily participated in the OSHA Consultants program. This program brings an OSHA consultant on-site to evaluate workplace and environmental practices throughout our facility, including electrical safety, equipment upkeep, the handling of hazardous materials, and the conditions our technicians work in. A facility that is well-kept and well-equipped to ensure the safety of our employees is one that produces consistent, high-quality collision repair, and our participation in this program is one of the ways we hold ourselves to that standard. We have been awarded the highest rankings for our commitment to safety and health standards.
Beyond our staff’s safety, we prioritize the environment. Every hazardous material used in our refinishing process is recycled to keep our facility’s impact on the Central Texas environment as small as possible.

Stop By or Give Us a Call
If you have a unit down after a collision, or several, call us or stop by. We will look at the vehicles, walk you through the scope of the collision repair, and give you a straight answer on the work. For 46 years, our family has operated on the principle that an educated customer is a confident one, and that applies to fleet managers and owner-operators as much as anyone else who walks through our doors.
